I was Originally licensed in 1982, working in the Orlando area during a time when interest rates were 16 to 18 percent. Today with over 20 years of Real-Estate and Real Estate Related experience from sales to Paralegal, Mortgage broker to owning a home service business that specialized in investment and foreclosure properties, with my diversified background, there isn't much in the Real Estate world that I haven't seen. Real-Estate is my business, my only business.
